Hits, Misses, and what I found last Saturday.



Definitions:
Hit - Item sold for at least TWICE what I paid ( not a big deal if I paid under $10 )
Home Run - Sold for at least TEN times what I paid or made over $100 profit on the sale.
Miss - barely got my money back ( or didn't).
Strike Out - Lost a significant amount of money on this buy.

100126_1.JPG (66194 bytes)  Hit - Albinar F2.8 28mm Wide Angle Lens for Minolta - doubled my money in auction, unfortunately only paid $5.00

110103.JPG (69794 bytes)  Miss - Ben 10 Ultimate Alien Creation Chamber Action Figure Lot - after TWO rounds in auction, I did make my money back. Better stick with Legos.

110121.JPG (113175 bytes) Miss - Lego Indiana Jones 7627 Temple of the Crystal Skull - INCOMPLETE Set ( missing figures) - The money is in the minifigs, which were missing from this set.

Hit - Sony 1 GB Memory Stick Pro - paid $3.00 and was going to keep it for my old Sony Cam until I saw they still sell for $25.00 - and did.

 Hit - Motorola T6510 Talkabout 2 Way Rechargeable Radios with Base - Paid $5 , sold for $29.

 


I purchased a box of SNES games for $25. This was in the box. Why would anyone make such a game?






HIT - Canon EF 75-300mm f/4-5.6 Auto Focus Telephoto Zoom Lens with Box - Sold for $100.  Was in a bag of camera accessories I paid $35.
